You're in the right place if you're ready to

Make room for the woman you're becoming.

I help women let go of what no longer fits. The beliefs, the roles, the definitions of success they were handed and never chose. Clearing the old makes room for who they're becoming.

I don't do this from a place of having it all together. I do it from the messy middle, because that's where the honest work actually happens. The events, the writing, the conversations all come back to one idea: what we release makes space for what matters.

Oh hi there.

I'm Nadia.

A few years ago I made one decision: to stop letting fear pick my direction. I didn’t have a plan — just trust.

What followed was a lot of letting go. Old beliefs, old roles, the version of success I’d been handed and never questioned. (Also, for the record, 32 bins of actual physical stuff.)

I don’t show up with it all figured out. My courage lives in the messy middle — in being real, raw, and seen. That’s where the work is, and it’s where everything I build comes from.
